摘　　要：农产品作为食品的源头,其质量安全关系着人们的身体健康和生命安全。区块链技术作为一项新兴技术,具有可追溯性、安全透明性、信息多方共享、不可篡改的优势,可以从根本上解决农产品安全问题。本文在剖析农产品安全问题根源的基础上,从理论上分析区块链技术的网络制度对解决农产品安全问题根源的作用,并研究设计了结合区块链技术的农产品安全生产机制,最后,提出区块链技术应用面临的挑战。旨在为保障农产品质量安全,实现农业转型升级提供有效的解决路径。As the source of food, the quality and safety of agricultural products are related to people’s health and life safety.As an emerging technology, blockchain technology has the advantages of traceability, security and transparency, sharing of information with multiple parties, and non-tampering.It can fundamentally solve the problem of agricultural product safety.Based on the analysis of the root causes of agricultural product safety issues, this article will theoretically analyze the role of the blockchain technology network system in solving the root causes of agricultural product safety issues, and study and design a agricultural product safety production mechanism combined with blockchain technology.Finally, put forward challenges facing the application of blockchain technology.It aims to provide an effective solution path for ensuring the quality and safety of agricultural products and realizing agricultural transformation and upgrading.
