摘　　要：早期下床活动对肺癌术后患者康复起着至关重要的作用,本文从快速康复外科的角度出发,对肺癌术后患者早期下床的活动方案、效果评价、拓展应用三方面进行综述,旨在为今后临床医护人员制订早期活动方案提供参考依据。Early mobilization plays a vital role in the recovery of patients after lung cancer surgery.From the perspective of enhanced recovery after surgery,this paper summarized the mobilization program,effect evaluation and expanded application of early getting out of bed in lung cancer patients,in order to provide reference for medical staff to formulate early mobilization programs.
