摘  要:采用物理共混法制备了氧化石墨烯/壳聚糖、羧基化石墨烯/壳聚糖、羟基化石墨烯/壳聚糖皮革涂饰剂。研究结果表明:含氧官能团含量的增加有助于提高复合材料的分散性能。羧基含量的提升有助于提高复合材料的稳定性和物理机械性能,羟基含量的提升则有助于提升复合材料的分散性和甲醛清除性能。羟基化石墨烯/壳聚糖复合材料对2000 ppm甲醛的清除率可达92.8%,羧基化石墨烯/壳聚糖涂饰成革耐磨耗可达4级,耐干擦5级,耐湿擦4-5级。The leather finishing agents of graphene oxide/chitosan,carboxylated graphene/chitosan,and hydroxylated graphene/chitosan were prepared by physical blending method.The results showed that the increase of oxygen-containing functional groups can improve the dispersion performance.The increased carboxyl content can improve the stability and physical mechanical properties.After increased hydroxyl content,its dispersion and formaldehyde removal performance can be improved.For 2000 ppm formaldehyde solution,the removal rate with hydroxylated graphene/chitosan composite can be reached to 92.8%.The wear resistance can be increased to level 4,the dry/wet rub resistance can be increased to level 5 and level 4-5 by carboxylated graphene/chitosan coated leather.
