合成革水性手感型综合树脂的复配研究

摘　　要：本文对综合树脂配方所需水性聚氨酯乳液、填料、手感剂、交联剂进行类别筛选。对确定下的原料类别再设计不同配方组成进行测试,以获得抗老化性、拒水性、耐磨性、耐水洗牢度最佳的水性合成革手感型综合树脂。In this paper,waterborne polyurethane emulsion,filler,hand feeling agent and crosslinking agent used in the formulation were selected.Different ingredients matches were set and designed for the compounds to determine the ideal raw material category,so as to obtain the best waterborne leather surfactants,which is featured in aging resistance,water repellency,abrasion resistance and water fastness.
