论中国法治化营商环境的优化取向

摘　　要：中国优化法治化营商环境应当以习近平法治思想为指导,坚持改革开放取向,确立营商环境改革的刻度标尺和目标任务;坚持国家战略导向,在国家战略实施中更加注重营商环境保障作用,在优化营商环境工作中更加突出国家战略导向;坚持产业发展面向,遵循法治原则发展差异化营商环境;坚持美好生活方向,打造美好生活小微营商环境和平台经济生态化营商环境。To optimize the business environment under the rule of law,China should be guided by Xi Jinping s Thoughts on the Rule of Law,adhere to the orientation of reform and opening up,establish measurable scales and goals for the reform of the business environment;adhere to the national strategic orientation,and pay more attention to the role of business environment protection in the implementation of national strategies;give more prominence to relative national strategies in optimizing business environment;adhere to the orientation of industrial development and follow the rule of law to create a differentiated business environment;adhere to the direction of better-life-for-the-people,and create a better business environment for small and micro business entities to focus on better-life-for-the-people businesses and an ecological business environment for platform economy.
