以精细化为基础的管理模式在呼吸与危重症医学科护理工作中的应用

摘　　要：目的浅析呼吸与危重症医学科开展精细化护理管理对其工作质量的影响,为呼吸与危重症医学科的护理改革提供理论基础。方法回顾性分析郑州人民医院呼吸与危重症医学科2019年1月至2021年1月护理管理工作开展情况,其中2019年1月至2019年12月执行常规护理管理工作,纳入该时期56例患者作为对照组;2020年1月至2021年1月执行精细化护理管理工作,纳该时期56例患者作为观察组;比较两组患者的疾病知识知晓率、护理满意度及表扬护士人次、护理投诉率及护患纠纷发生率以及护理人员(共计15例)的护理质量、综合职业素养、职业倦怠差异。结果观察组疾病知识知晓率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度及表扬护士人次均高于对照组,护理投诉率及护患纠纷发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。15例护士执行精细化护理管理后的护理质量各维度评分(基础护理、健康教育质量、护理文书书写质量、护理操作质量、应急能力、患者风险评估、消毒隔离)均高于管理前,综合职业素养评分为(4.36±0.37)分,高于管理前的(3.42±0.48)分,差异有统计学意义(t=6.007,P<0.001)。并且管理后护士的MBI-GS中成就感、工作态度、情绪衰竭各维度得分与总分均低于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精细化护理管理工作有助于呼吸与危重症医学科护理品质提升,改善护士职业倦怠。Objective Brief analysis is conducted on the influence of the Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine to its work quality by the development of refined nursing management to provide a theoretical reference for the nursing reform at the Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine.Methods Retrospective analysis is conducted for the development of nursing management from January 2019 to January 2021 at the Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine of the unit,of which regular nursing management is implemented from January 2019 to December 2019 with 56 cares of patients as the control group;Refined nursing management is implemented from January 2020 to January 2021 with 56 cases of patients as the observation group;the two groups of patients are compared for the difference of awareness for the disease knowledge,the nursing satisfaction rate and the number of people for the praise of nurses,the complaint rate of nursing and the occurrence rate for the conflict between patients and nurses.The nursing staff(15 cases in total)in the same group for the two periods are also compared for the difference of nursing quality,comprehensive occupational quality and occupational tireness.Results The awareness of the observation group for the disease knowledge is higher than that of the control group for which there is statistical significance for the difference(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction rate and the number of people for the praise of the nurse in the observation group is higher than that of the control group,the complaint rate of nursing and the occurrence rate for the conflict between nurses and patients are both lower than that of the control group for which there is statistical significance for the difference(P<0.05).Of all the nursing qualities among the 15 cases of nurses after management,the scores for the respective dimensions of basic nursing,health education quality,nursing document quality,nursing operation quality,emergency capability,patients’risk assessment,disinfection and is
