摘　　要：目的探讨给予胶质瘤患者Snyder希望理论护理干预联合移情护理对希望水平及心理韧性的影响。方法选取2018年4月至2021年3月在河南省人民医院接受治疗的64例胶质瘤患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组(n=32)与对照组(n=32),对照组实行常规心理护理干预,观察组实行Snyder希望理论护理干预联合移情护理干预,对两组希望水平及心理韧性进行比较。结果两组干预后Herth希望量表(HHI)评分高于干预前(P <0.05),观察组评分高于对照组(P <0.05);两组干预后心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)评分高于干预前(P <0.05),观察组评分高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 Snyder希望理论护理干预联合移情护理在胶质瘤患者中的应用可提高希望水平,改善心理韧性。Objective To investigate the effect of Snyder hope theory nursing intervention combined with empathy nursing on the level of hope and mental toughness in patients with glioma. Methods A total of 64 glioma patients who were treated in Henan Provincial People’s Hospital from April 2018 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into observation group(n=32) and control group(n=32), the control group was implemented routine psychological nursing intervention, and the observation group was implemented Snyder hope theory nursing intervention combined with empathy nursing intervention, the hope level and mental toughness of the two groups were compared. Results After the intervention, the Herth Hope Scale(HHI) scores of the two groups were higher than before the intervention(P < 0.05), and the scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P < 0.05);the psychological resilience scales(CD-RISC) after the intervention of the two groups were higher than before the intervention(P < 0.05), and the scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion Snyder hope theory nursing intervention combined with empathy nursing on the hope level and psychological toughness in patients with glioma can increase the level of hope and improve psychological resilience.
