摘　　要：农村基层党组织是确保党的路线方针政策和决策部署贯彻落实的基础。乡村振兴背景下加强农村基层党组织建设具有重大意义,但也存在基层党组织队伍结构需要调整完善等问题。以党建引领乡村振兴,要以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,根据新时代党的建设要求,针对部分农村基层党组织党员干部党性修养、队伍结构、教育管理、制度执行等方面存在的主要问题,加强基层党组织建设,让农村基层党组织成为全面推进乡村振兴的坚强领导力量和示范引导力量。Rural grassroots Party organizations are the basis to ensure the implementation of the Party's line,principles,policies and decisions.In the context of rural revitalization,it is of great significance to strengthen the construction of rural grassroots Party organizations,but there are also problems such as the team structure of grassroots Party organizations that needs to be adjusted and improved.To lead rural revitalization through Party building,we should follow the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,and in accordance with the requirements of Party building in the new era,strengthen community-level Party organization building to address major problems existing in Party integrity,team structure,educational management,and system implementation in some rural primary-level Party organizations.We will make rural primary-level Party organizations a strong leading force and a demonstrative and guiding force for comprehensively promoting rural revitalization.
