清热解毒、益气止血方治疗急性放射性肠炎的效果及对患者血清炎症因子的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究清热解毒、益气止血方治疗急性放射性肠炎的效果及对患者血清炎症因子的影响,为临床提供理论参考。方法:选取2020年1月-2021年6月本院收治的200例急性放射性肠炎患者作为研究对象,经随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各100例。对照组采用常规西医药物保留灌肠治疗,观察组采用清热解毒、益气止血方保留灌肠治疗,比较两组临床疗效、中医症候积分、血清炎症因子和不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组总有效率为93.00%,高于对照组的84.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组腹痛、排便困难、里急后重积分,CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组腹痛、排便困难、里急后重积分,CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平均低于治疗前,且观察组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为4.00%,低于对照组的15.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:清热解毒、益气止血方治疗急性放射性肠炎效果确切,可促进患者临床症状和血清炎症因子水平的改善,安全性较高,值得推广及应用。Objective:To explore the efficacy of Qingre Jiedu,Yiqi Zhixue Recipe in the treatment of acute radiation enteritis and its effect on serum inflammatory factors,so as to provide theoretical reference for clinical practice.Method:A total of 200 patients with acute radiation enteritis treated in our hospital from January 2020 to June 2021 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine retention enema,and the observation group was treated with Qingre Jiedu,Yiqi Zhixue Recipe retention enema.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,serum inflammatory factors and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate was 93.00%in the observation group,which was higher than 84.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences between the two groups in abdominal pain,difficulty in defecation,tenesmus scores,CRP,IL-6 and TNF-α(P>0.05);after treatment,abdominal pain,difficulty in defecation,tenesmus scores,CRP,IL-6 and TNF-αin the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate of the observation group was 4.00%,which was significantly lower than 15.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qingre Jiedu,Yiqi Zhixue Recipe is effective in the treatment of acute radiation enteritis.It can promote the improvement of clinical symptoms and serum inflammatory factor level.It has high safety and is worthy of popularization and application.
