两种缝合方法在外侧延长“L”形切口治疗跟骨骨折手术中的效果对比

摘　　要：目的:比较AD缝合法和皮肤缝合器缝合法在外侧延长"L"形切口治疗跟骨骨折术中效果。方法:选择2015年4月-2020年4月本院的80例跟骨骨折的手术患者。所有患者入院后,按随机数字表法分为A组(n=39)和B组(n=41)。A组采用AD缝合法,B组采用皮肤缝合器缝合法。比较两组手术时间、皮肤切口缝合时间及术后切口并发症发生情况。结果:两组手术时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。B组皮肤切口缝合时间短于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组术后切口并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在跟骨骨折皮肤切口的缝合中,皮肤缝合器缝合法与AD缝合法相比,伤口愈合效果相当,但前者缝合速度更快,操作更加简便易行。Objective:To compare the treatment effect of Allgower-Donati(AD)suture and skin stapler suture in calcaneal fracture surgery with lateral extensive"L"shaped incision.Method:A total of 80 patients with calcaneal fractures underwent surgery in our hospital were selected from April 2015 to April 2020.After admission,all patients were divided into group A(n=39)and group B(n=41)according to random number table method.AD suture was used in group A and skin stapler suture was used in group B.The surgery time,skin incision suture time and postoperative incision complications were compared between the two groups.Result:There was no significant difference in surgery time between the two groups(P>0.05).The skin incision suture time in group B was shorter than that in group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative incision complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the suturing of skin incision of calcaneal fracture,compared with AD suture,the skin stapler suture has the same wound healing effect,but the former has faster suturing speed and easier operation.
