摘  要:为有效防治玉米茎基腐病,本试验在超微粉体剂型的基础上,应用纳米加工技术,优化种衣剂配方组合,成功研制成8%戊唑醇·咯菌腈纳米型玉米种衣剂。药效试验结果表明:纳米型玉米种衣剂减量增效增产作用显著,对玉米苗期、乳熟末至蜡熟期茎基腐病的防治效果显著高于当地常用玉米种衣剂,拌种比在1∶1000时防治效果分别达到87.30%和75.19%。其他常用种衣剂以1∶500的使用量进行种子包衣处理,相比来说本试验研制的纳米型玉米种衣剂使用量显著降低。In order to effectively prevent and control stalk basal rot of maize,in this experiment,the formulation combination of seed dressing agent was optimized on the basis of ultramicropowder dosage form and the application of nanometer processing technology,and the 8%tebuconazole·fludioxonil nitrile nanometer maize seed mixing agent was successfully developed.The results of the efficacy test showed that the nano-seed treatment had a significant effect on reducing the amount,increasing the efficiency and increasing the yield,and its prevention and treatment effects on seedling rot of maize at seedling stage and stalk basal rot of maize at plant stage were significantly higher than that of the local common seed treatment,when nano-seed treatment was at ratio of 1∶1000,the prevention effects were 87.30%and 75.19%,respectively.Meanwhile,compared with other common seed treatment,which was coated at ratio of 1∶500,the pesticide usage of nano-seed treatment was significantly reduced.
