钢管拱混凝土泵送顶升施工中产生堵管的原因及对策

摘　　要：结合永安北大桥钢管拱混凝土泵送施工,介绍了混凝土泵送顶升法施工工艺原理,从人员、设备、材料、环境、施工工艺五个方面详细分析泵送顶升施工过程中可能产生堵管的各种原因,并制定了相应的施工对策,有效地防止了混凝土堵管现象的发生,安全顺利地完成了钢管拱混凝土泵送顶升的施工任务,可给类似钢管拱混凝土泵送顶升施工的项目提供一些参考.Combined with Yongan North Bridge of steel tube arch concrete pumping construction,this paper introduces the principles of the construction technology of concrete pumping jack-up method.The personnel,equipment,material,environment,and construction technology of pumping jack-up construction are analy zed in detail to find the various reasons of producing pipe blockage.and the corresponding construction coun-termeasures are given,which effectively prevents the occurrence of the phenomenon of concrete wall pipe,and finishes safely the steel tube arch concrete pumping jack-up construction tasks.The rescut can provide some reference for the similar steel tube arch concrete pumping jack-up construction.
