摘 要:随着可溶桥塞技术的推广应用,桥塞在泵注阶段遇卡、卡瓦牙脱落等异常时有发生,常规可溶桥塞溶解液解卡时间长,影响施工进度。桥塞钻磨时,现场普遍选用滑溜水及0.1%~0.2%线性胶作为循环液,但由于其性能差导致循环泵注3~5次后黏度大幅降低,导致钻磨碎屑不能有效返出,同时易造成钻压过高。为此,室内从加快可溶桥塞溶解率及降低井内管材腐蚀速率出发,优化开发出井筒可溶桥塞清扫液体系,即:可溶桥塞用溶解液及钻磨液。室内测试60℃下该桥塞溶解液体系的溶解率是常规溶解液的4倍以上,对P110套管管材腐蚀速率为2.92 g/(m2·h),是常规盐酸缓蚀剂助溶液的18.7%。开发出的桥塞钻磨液表观黏度6~30 mPa·s实时可调,降阻率67.5%耐剪切性能良好,现场成功应用4井次,施工泵压降低2~6 MPa,效果较好。With the application of soluble bridge plug technology,the abnormal phenomena such as blocking and dropping in the process of on-site bridge plug pumping occur frequently.The conventional bridge plug solution is slow to release stuck,which seriously affects the construction progress.At the same time,0.1%~0.2%guar gum base fluid is widely used for bridge plug drilling and grinding fluid.However,due to its poor performance,its viscosity decreases greatly after 3~5 times of circulating pump injection,resulting in that larger pieces of drilling and grinding debris can not be effectively carried,and it is easy to cause high pump pressure.Therefore,based on the dissolution rate and pipe corrosion rate,a set of high-efficiency dissolving solution system for soluble bridge plug was developed.The dissolution rate of bridge plug solution at 60℃is more than 4 times of that of conventional solution,the corrosion rate of P110 casing pipe is 2.92 g/(m2·h),which is 18.7%of that of conventional hydrochloric acid inhibitor.The viscosity of drilling and grinding fluid can be adjusted from 6 to 30 mPa·s,and the resistance reduction rate is 67.5%.It has been successfully applied in 4 wells,and the pump pressure is reduced by more than 2 to 6 MPa compared.
