摘　　要：中国石油宁夏石化公司化肥装置氮气压缩机组原采用DCS进行防喘振控制,实际效果不理想,多次因喘振停车,在2017年大修采用CCC系统后,节能效果明显,未发生喘振事故。本文详细阐述CCC 3++控制系统在氮气压缩机上的应用。The nitrogen compressor unit of the fertilizer plant of Ningxia Petrochemical Company of PetroChina used DCS for anti-surge control,but the actual effect was not ideal,and it was stopped due to surge for many times.After the CCC system was adopted in overhaul in 2017,the energy saving effect was obvious and no surge accident occurred.The application of CCC 3++control system in nitrogen compressor is described in detail.
