摘　　要：基于提高成孔质量、降低施工成本的要求,自主研发了两款适用于土层施工的螺纹旋挖灌注桩专用钻具。详细介绍了两种螺纹旋挖灌注桩专用钻具的工作原理与组成结构,并通过SolidWorks软件对其中一款钻具的关键部件建立3D模型,并进行网格划分与有限元分析,验证钻具在理论极限条件下使用的安全性。螺纹旋挖灌注桩专用钻具结构简单、易于维护保养,在某工地试用时螺纹成孔效果良好,满足设计要求,适用于土层螺纹旋挖灌注桩施工。According to the characteristics of the patented special screw pile drill bit,and based on the drilling principle and the structural characteristics of the special screw pile drill bit,two special screw pile drill bits for the construction of the screw pile in soil layers are developed to meet the requirements of improving the drilling quality and reducing the construction cost.The structure and working principle of the two kinds of drill bits are introduced in detail in this paper.The 3D model of the key component of one kind of the drill bits is established by the SolidWorks software,and the meshing and finite element analysis are carried out to verify the safety of the drill bit under theoretical extreme conditions.The special screw pile drill bit is simple in structure and easy to maintain.It has been tested on a construction site in Chengdu,which shows that the drilling quality is good,the drilling bit can meet the design requirements and is suitable for the construction of screw pile in soil layers.
