宣痹通络汤治疗湿热痹阻型类风湿关节炎的临床研究  

Clinical Study of Xuanbi Tongluo Decoction in the Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis of Dampness-heat Obstruction Type

摘　　要：目的探讨宣痹通络汤对湿热痹阻型类风湿关节炎的治疗效果。方法选取2019年5月—2020年5月北京市鼓楼中医医院外科收治的湿热痹阻型类风湿关节炎患者92例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组46例。对照组给予常规解热镇痛剂治疗,观察组给予宣痹通络汤;比较2组的治疗效果、实验室指标、相关症状体征的改善情况。结果观察组疗效、实验指标明显优于对照组,各项症状体征明显轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宣痹通络汤能显著提高湿热痹阻型类风湿关节炎患者的治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Xuanbi Tongluo decoction on rheumatoid arthritis with dampness-heat obstruction type.Methods A total of 92 patients with damp-heat rheumatoid arthritis treated in department of surgery of Beijing Gulou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected and randomly divided into observation group(n=46)and control group(n=46).The control group was treated with conventional antipyretic analgesics,and the observation group was given Xuanbi Tongluo decoction.The therapeutic effect,laboratory indexes and related symptoms and signs of the two groups were compared.Results The curative effect and experimental indexes of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the symptoms and signs of the observation group were significantly lighter than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xuanbi Tongluo decoction can significantly improve the therapeutic effect of rheumatoid arthritis of dampness-heat obstruction type,which is worthy of clinical application.
