《仿寓意草·陈外甥疯症治效》探析

摘　　要：文章尝试浅析《仿寓意草·陈外甥疯症治效》。据案中所述,案中之“疯症”为分裂情感性精神病单相型抑郁,证为心气虚挟痰,治宜甘温补心气,化痰。作者却谓患者“阳气大虚,实有鬼物凭之”,予温补重剂,祛“鬼”。似此温燥燠热之剂必伤阴,阴伤则阳无所济,心气愈易虚;且不祛痰,痰再滋生瘀,痰瘀深凝,则心气虚甚之抑郁呆懵,痰瘀滞扰,惑乱神明甚之“鬼”患愈甚。终致患者自缢身亡。作者大惑不解之“奇哉”则属必然。作者偏执迷信理念,将医理、“鬼魅”交融而论治,实乃中医药科学发展历史长河中泛起的沉渣。故该书再版时宜将此类内容删去,以免贻害后学。The article made a brief analysis of Fang Yuyicao·Chenwaisheng Fengzheng Zhixiao.According to the case,the“madness”in the case should be schizoaffective psychosis unipolar depression,and the syndrome should be a deficiency of heart qi and phlegm.The treatment should be sweet and warm,nourishing heart qi,and resolving phlegm.Deficiency,there are ghosts by it,give warming and replenishing agents to eliminate“ghosts”,like this medicine that warms dryness and heats up heat will hurt the yin,and if the yin is injured,the yang will be helpless,and the heart will become weaker;and it will not expectorate or phlegm.If blood stasis reappears and phlegm and blood stasis are deepened,the heart-qi deficiency is even more depressed and dull,phlegm and blood stasis is disturbed,confused gods and even“ghosts”are more and more severe,and eventually the patient hangs himself.The author’s puzzled“Qizai”is inevitable.The author is paranoid and superstitious,and combines medical theory with“ghosts and charms”to discuss treatment,which is actually a dregs that has emerged in the long history of scientific development of Chinese medicine.Therefore,such content should be deleted when the book is republished,so as not to hinder later learning.
