龙虎交战法针刺联合疏风解毒汤对带状疱疹临床后遗神经痛及炎性细胞因子的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨龙虎交战法针刺联合疏风解毒汤对带状疱疹临床后遗神经痛及炎性细胞因子的影响。方法选取2019年1月—2020年6月沈阳市第四人民医院中医科病房收治的带状疱疹患者60例,随机分组,每组30例。对照组进行常规治疗,试验组进行龙虎交战法针刺联合疏风解毒汤治疗,比较2组患者治疗后第1、3、5周后遗神经痛发生情况以及2组患者治疗后血清中IL-6、IL-2以及IL-10表达水平。结果试验组患者治疗后第1、3、5周后遗神经痛发生情况少于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后试验组患者血清中IL-6以及IL-10表达水平少于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者血清中IL-2表达水平高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取龙虎交战法针刺联合疏风解毒汤治疗带状疱疹效果显著、意义重大。Objective To investigate the effects of alternate left-right acupuncture combined with Shufeng Jiedu decoction on neuralgia and inflammatory cytokines of herpes zoster.Methods Sixty cases of herpes zoster patients admitted to the ward of traditional Chinese medicine of Shenyang Fourth People’s Hospital from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected.They were divided into two groups according to random number table method.The control group of 30 cases was given conventional treatment.The experimental group of 30 cases was given alternate left-right acupuncture combined with Shufeng Jiedu decoction.The incidence of sequelae neuralgia and the expression levels of IL-6,IL-2 and IL-10 in serum of 2 groups were compared at 1,3 and 5 weeks after treatment.Results The incidence of sequelae neuralgia in the experimental group was less than that in the control group at week 1,3 and 5 after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum expression levels of IL-6 and IL-10 in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The serum expression levels of IL-2 in the experimental group and the control group were higher after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion It is of great significance to adopt alternate left-right acupuncture combined with Shufeng Jiedu decoction in the treatment of herpes zoster.
