活血止痛汤联合颈椎后路减压内固定术治疗脊髓型颈椎病的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨活血止痛汤加减联合颈椎后路减压内固定术治疗脊髓型颈椎病的疗效。方法选取2018年4月—2019年12月九江市中医医院脑病科收治的65例脊髓型颈椎病患者,随机分为对照组(32例)和观察组(33例)。对照组单纯进行颈椎后路减压内固定术,观察组术后加用活血止痛汤进行治疗,连续用药3周。观察比较2组患者脊髓功能评分表(JOA)及肌电图。结果治疗3周后,2组JOA评分、正中神经传导速度及运动波幅均上升,且观察组较高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论活血止痛汤加减联合颈椎后路减压内固定术治疗脊髓型颈椎病患者,可有效提高患者JOA评分,改善患者肌力,促进患者脊髓功能恢复,具有较好的治疗效果。Objective To investigate the effect of Huoxue Zhitong decoction combined with posterior cervical decompression and internal fixation in the treatment of cervical spondylotic myelopathy.Methods 65 patients with cervical spondylotic myelopathy admitted to Jiujiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2018 to December 2019 were selected and divided into a control group(32 cases)and an observation group(33 cases)using a random number table method.The control group underwent only posterior cervical decompression and internal fixation,and the observation group was treated with Huoxue Zhitong decoction after the operation for 3 weeks.The spinal cord function[Spinal Cord Function Scale(JOA)]and electromyogram of the two groups of patients was observed.Results After 3 weeks of treatment,JOA score,median nerve conduction velocity and motor wave amplitude increased in both groups,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Huoxue Zhitong decoction combined with posterior cervical decompression and internal fixation for the treatment of patients with cervical spondylotic myelopathy can effectively improve the patient’s JOA score,improve the patient’s muscle strength,and promote the recovery of the patient’s spinal cord function.It has a good therapeutic effect.
