摘　　要：目的探究养肾活血汤结合腹腔镜下囊肿剔除术对子宫内膜异位囊肿(Ovarian endometriosiscyst,OEC)的治疗效果。方法选取2018年3月—2020年3月南昌市洪都中医院妇科收治的子宫内膜异位囊肿患者76例,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组38例。2组均行腹腔镜下囊肿剔除术治疗,对照组注射促性腺激素释放激素,观察组使用养肾活血汤治疗,比较2组FSH、LH、E2、卵泡生长速度、PI、RI、PSV、妊娠结局。结果治疗后,观察组FSH、LH、E2改善效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组卵泡生长速度快于对照组,卵泡期的PI、RI、PSV均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组受孕例数、优质胚胎例数高于对照组,自然流产、不良妊娠发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论养肾活血汤结合腹腔镜下囊肿剔除术治疗OEC,能够改善患者卵巢功能,并在改善卵巢基质动脉血流变化下改善其妊娠结局。Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of Yangshen Huoxue decoction combined with laparoscopic cystectomy on ovarian endometriosiscyst(OEC).Methods 76 cases of OEC patients admitted to Nanchang Hongdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2018 to March 2020 were included in the study.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was injected with Progonadoliberin-1.The observation group was treated with Yangshen Huoxue decoction.FSH,LH,E2,follicular growth rate,PI,RI,PSV,pregnancy outcome were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the effect of FSH,LH and E2 in the observation group was better than that in the control group.The follicular growth rate of the observation group was faster than that of the control group,and the PI,RI and PSV of the follicular stage were lower than that of the control group.The number of pregnancies and high-quality embryos in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of spontaneous abortion and adverse pregnancy was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Yangshen Huoxue decoction and laparoscopic cystectomy for OEC can improve the ovarian function and improve the outcome of pregnancy.
