摘 要:文章基于熵值法和灰色关联模型,对高技术产业科技创新与绿色发展的演化进程和科技创新对绿色发展不同环节的影响程度进行了研究,报告了高技术产业科技创新发展水平和绿色发展水平的现状,通过采用熵值法,反映了高技术产业科技创新发展一级指标与绿色发展水平二级指标关联度大部分属于中度关联水平,内部因素、外部因素、科研投入、科研产出与绿色发展水平二级指标缺乏紧密的互动关系;高技术产业科技创新与单位产值废水排放量、废气排放量、固体废物排放量的贡献程度较大;近年来资源消耗中科技创新对资源消耗的关联度呈下降趋势。据此文章提出优化科技创新投入结构,加深经济、社会和环境领域的三方融合,重视市场体系建设等政策建议,以期实现高技术产业科技创新驱动绿色发展的研究成果。Based on the entropy method and gray correlation model,this article studies the evolution process of technological inn-ovation and green development of high-tech industries and the degree of influence of technological innovation on different links of green development,and reports on the level of technological innovation and green development of high-tech industries.The status quo of deve-lopment level,through the use of entropy method,reflects that the correlation between the first-level indicators of technological innova-tion development in high-tech industries and the second-level indicators of green development levels is mostly at a moderate level.Int-ernal factors,external factors,scientific research input,and scientific research output lack of close interaction with the secondary indica-tors of green development level;High-tech industry technological innovation and unit output value of waste water discharge,exhaust gas discharge,solid waste discharge to a greater degree of contribution;Resource consumption scientific and technological innovation in rec-ent years the degree of relevance shows a downward trend.Put forward policy recommendations for optimizing the investment structure of scientific and technological innovation,tripartite integration of economic,social and environmental fields,and market system construction,with a view to realizing the research results of high-tech industry scientific and technological innovation driving green development.
