摘　　要：在吸收光谱法表征城市水体表观污染指数评价方法的基础上,通过构建照片拍摄约束条件、水体颜色识别和提取、水体颜色判别、集成计算和网络部署,完整的实现了线上的、客观的、以定量形式的城市水体表观污染程度表征。通过实际采样,考察了方法与公众判别的吻合程度,验证了该系统的可行性。通过该系统,可以在与主观判别基本一致的前提下,进一步提升了评价的细分程度,为环境管理部门、城市水环境工作人员方便快捷的评价城市水体表观污染程度和水体修复工程效果,对水体表观质量预警、水生态修复提供了较好的评价支撑。Based on the absorption spectrometry characterization of the apparent urban water pollution index evaluation method,the online,objective,quantitative characterization of apparent water body pollution degree is fully realized by the construction of a photo capture constraint,water color recognition and extraction,water color discrimination,integrated computing and network deployment.The feasibility of the system is verified through the actual sampling and the degree of conformity between the method and the public judgment.The system can further enhance the degree of segmentation of evaluation under the consistence between the subjective and objective judging,which will provide a good support for the environmental management department staff and the general public in the urban water environment evaluation of urban water body of apparent pollution degree and the effect of water body restoration,and early warning of water quality,water ecological restoration evaluation work.
