摘 要:轴向荷载作用下空间钢构架对核心混凝土的约束作用可以改善柱的承载力及变形性能,为了探究单向偏心荷载作用下空间钢构架对核心混凝土的约束机理以及空间钢构架混凝土柱的偏心受压性能,以偏心距、角钢肢长、缀条间距等为设计参数,进行了7根空间钢构架混凝土偏心受压柱试件和1根空间钢构架混凝土轴心受压柱试件的静力试验,分析了空间钢构架混凝土偏心受压柱试件的破坏形态、荷载与变形、承载力等受力性能。试验结果表明,整个加载过程中试件截面的平均应变基本符合平截面假定;其他条件相同,随着偏心距或缀条间距的增大,空间钢构架混凝土柱试件的偏压承载力逐渐减小,且峰值荷载时的轴向变形增大;随着角钢肢长的增大,空间钢构架混凝土柱的偏压承载力提高,峰值荷载时的轴向变形变化不大。在试验研究的基础上,考虑空间钢构架对受压区混凝土的约束作用,建立了空间钢构架混凝土偏心受压柱正截面承载力计算公式,计算值与试验值符合较好,为空间钢构架混凝土柱的工程应用提供技术支撑。The confinement effect of spatial steel frame on the core concrete can improve the bearing capacity and deformation behavior of columns under axial load.In order to explore the confinement mechanism of spatial steel frames on the core concrete under the unidirectional eccentric load and the eccentric compression behavior of spatial steel frame concrete column,the effects of various parameters,i.e.,eccentricity,angle steel limb length and battens spacing,were considered respectively.The static test of 7 specimens of spatial steel frame concrete column under eccentric load and 1 specimen of spatial steel frame concrete column under axial load were carried out.The failure modes,load and deformation curve and bearing capacity of spatial steel frame concrete eccentric compression column were analyzed.The test results show that the average strain of section is basically in accordance with the plane section assumption;when other conditions are the same,the compressive bearing capacity of spatial steel frame concrete column decreases gradually with the increase of eccentricity or battens spacing,and the axial deformation increases at peak load,the compressive bearing capacity of spatial steel frame concrete columns increases with the increase of angular steel limb length,and the axial deformation changes little during peak load.Based on the experimental research,and considering the constraint effect of spatial steel frame on concrete in compression zone,a formula for calculating the normal section bearing capacity of spatial steel frame concrete columns under eccentric load is established,and the calculated value is in good agreement with the test value,which provide technical support for the engineering application of spatial steel frame concrete columns.
