摘 要:为改善家用空调室外机压缩机噪音,对压缩机脚垫方案进行设计。从压缩机振动传递特性及隔振原理等方面研究。最终确定一种以弹簧为主减振结构,并结合橡胶的减振脚垫方案。设计脚垫固有频率比常用橡胶脚垫降低接近50%,隔振率更高,传递至底盘振动更小。对整机降噪效果显著,与橡胶脚垫相比,噪音总值降低1 dB(A)~3dB(A),峰值降低2 dB(A)~6 dB(A)。In order to improve the noise of the compressor of the outdoor unit of the household air conditioner,the compressor foot pad is designed.Research from the aspects of compressor vibration transmission characteristics and vibration isolation principle.Finally,a spring-based damping structure combined with rubber damping foot pads was determined.The natural frequency of the designed foot pad is nearly 50%lower than that of the commonly used rubber foot pad,the vibration isolation rate is higher,and the vibration transmitted to the chassis is smaller.The noise reduction effect on the whole machine is significant.Compared with the rubber feet,the total noise value is reduced by 1 dB(A)~3dB(A),and the peak value is reduced by 2 dB(A)~6dB(A).
