摘 要:翅片换热器是工业领域中常见的一种换热设备,对翅片管换热器流动与换热的研究具有重要意义。采用计算流体力学的方法,对扁平翅片管换热器翅片表面流体流动与换热进行了数值模拟研究,获得了翅片表面压力、温度和速度的变化规律,还得到了常壁温扁平管表面的努塞尔数Nu变化规律。研究发现,流体绕流扁平管时,流体的动能和压强相互转换,在扁平管尾部发生绕流脱体,形成涡旋,常壁温扁平管局部表面的努塞尔数存在两次低谷,在第二次低谷时换热最差。研究结果可为进一步强化传热措施提供依据。The fin heat exchanger is a common heat exchange equipment in the industrial field,and it is of great significance to the research on the flow and heat exchange of the finned tube heat exchanger.Using the method of computational fluid dynamics,a numerical simulation study of the fluid flow and heat transfer on the fin surface of the flat fin tube heat exchanger is carried out.The law of the pressure,temperature and velocity on the surface of the fin is obtained,and the normal wall temperature flatness is also obtained.The Nusselt number Nu on the surface of the tube changes.It is found that the kinetic energy and pressure of the fluid are converted to each other when the fluid flows around the flat tube,and the vortex is formed at the tail of the flat tube.The Nusselt number on the local surface of the flat tube with constant wall temperature has two troughs,and the heat transfer is the worst at the second troughs.The research results can provide a basis for further heat transfer enhancement measures.
