摘　　要：选择上海某大学联合动物研究中心实验室为研究对象,对SPF(Specific Pathogen Free)级实验动物设施环境中各项环境参数进行检测,同时将测定数据与GB14925-2010《实验动物环境及设施》标准进行对比分析,为该屏障环境设施的管理、运行和维护提供依据。This paper chooses Shanghai University Joint Animal Research Center Laboratory as research object,and take the test of the various environmental parameters in the SPF(Specific Pathogen Free)experimental animal facilities environment.At the same time,the measurement data is compared to the GB14925-2010《experimental animal environment and facilities》standard,which provide the basis for the management,operation and maintenance of this barrier environment.
