摘　　要：小儿睾丸鞘膜积液是儿科泌尿生殖系统中常见的一种疾病,本例为李霞教授运用中医药治疗睾丸鞘膜积液合并湿疹的患儿,经3次门诊治疗,睾丸鞘膜积液透光试验阴性及湿疹基本消失。Children testicular hydrocele is a common disease in pediatric genitourinary system,this case is a child with testicular hydrocele complicated with eczema treated by Professor LI Xia with TCM.After three times treatment,the transillumination test of testicular hydrocele was negative and eczema was basically disappeared.
