中医治疗骨折迟缓愈合的方式及应用效果评析

摘　　要：目的:探究对骨折迟缓愈合患者行中医治疗的临床疗效。方法:选取2017年1月-2020年5月剑阁县中医医院接收的骨折迟缓愈合患者76例为对象,以数字单双号形式随机划分成对照组和研究组,每组38例。对照组患者采取西医治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用中医治疗。观察治疗后患者的总有效率、局部压痛消失时间、骨折愈合时间和功能恢复时间、骨痂光密度、生活质量评分。结果:对照组患者治疗总有效率低于研究组,局部压痛消失时间、骨折愈合时间和功能恢复时间均长于研究组,骨痂光密度低于研究组,生活质量评分低于研究组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的血清可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1(soluble Intercellular Adhesion Molecule-1,sICAM-1)、可溶性血管间黏附分子-1(soluble Intervascular Adhesion Molecule-1,sVCAM-1)、类胰岛素一号生长因子(Insulin-like Growth Factor-1,IGF-1)和碱性磷酸酶(Alkaline Phosphatase,ALP)水平较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论:对骨折迟缓愈合患者行中医治疗,能取得较好疗效,改善患者病情,加快骨折愈合,缩短局部压痛时间,降低患者不适感,促进功能恢复,提高生活质量。Objective:To explore clinical effects of traditional Chinese medicine on delayed healing of fracture.Methods:76 cases from January 2017 to May 2020 were selected as subjects,and were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,38 cases for each.Patients in the control group were treated in Western medicine,and in the study group were treated in traditional Chinese medicine more.Results:The total efficiency in the control group was lower than that in the study group.The disappearance time of local tenderness,fracture healing time and functional recovery time in the control group was longer than the study group.The optical density of callus in the control group was lower than the study group,and life quality score in the control group was lower than that in the study group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of sICAM-1,sVCAM-1,IGF-1 and ALP in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Treating delayed healing of fracture can achieve better results,improve the patient’s condition,accelerate fracture healing,shorten the time of local tenderness,relieve discomfort,promote functional recovery,and improve the life quality.
