摘　　要：儿科门诊中以反复咳嗽为主要表现的一类疾病较为多见,呼吸道感染是造成儿童反复咳嗽的主要原因之一,其中包括了现代医学中的咳嗽变异性哮喘、鼻后漏综合征等,病情时轻时重,缠绵难愈。钱正修医师提倡“治未病”思想,在继承董廷瑶儿科及“陈氏儿科”经验的基础上,将“通、清、调”三法分层治疗应用于临床各种疾病中,进一步发展出“调治结合”“调中有清”“调中有通”新理念;针对儿童禀赋不足、脏腑娇嫩、稚阳未充、稚阴未长等诸种薄弱环节,结合小儿不同的体质,综合既往病史及身体现状进行立方遣药;擅长运用膏方调治儿童慢性疾病,其中调治儿童反复咳嗽疗效显著。Diseases with recurrent cough as the main manifestation are more common in pediatric outpatient clinics.Respiratory tract infection is one of the main causes of recurrent cough in children,including cough variant asthma and postnasal leakage syndrome in modern medicine.The disease is sometimes mild and sometimes worse,and difficult to cure.Physician QIAN Zhengxiu advocated the thought of“preventive treatment of disease”.Based on the experiences of Dong Tingyao in pediatrics and CHEN’s pediatrics,Physician Qian Zhengxiu applied the three-layer method of“dredging,clearing and regulating”to treat various clinical diseases,and produced the new concepts of“combining regulation with treatment”“clearing in regulation”,and“communicating in regulation”.Physician Qian prescribes according to children’s various weaknesses such as insufficient endowment,delicate viscera,immature Yang(阳)and immature Yin(阴),combined with children’s different physiques,medical history and physical status.Physician Qian is good at using cream prescriptions to treat chronic diseases in children.They are remarkably effective on recurrent cough in children.
