摘　　要：肛肠病术后肛门瘙痒是手术后常见并发症,由外因引起的继发性肛门瘙痒,文章从湿论治肛肠病术后肛门瘙痒,临证分为湿热蕴结证、风盛夹湿证,治疗当以清热利湿、利湿祛风止痒,内外并治、未病预防。Anal pruritus after anorectal disease surgery is a common complication after surgery,secondary anal pruritus caused by external causes.In this paper,anal pruritus after anorectal disease surgery is treated from the perspective of dampness.Clinical syndromes include dampness and heat accumulation syndrome,wind combined with dampness syndrome.The treatment should be to clear away heat and remove dampness,remove dampness,dispel wind and stop itching,treat both internally and externally,and prevent disease.
