以需求为视角的福建省老龄化健康养老问题探究

摘　　要：目的在现阶段福建省人口老龄化背景下,了解老年人健康养老需求的供需矛盾,对促进健康养老的发展提供建议。方法通过查找文献和福建省国家服务调查报告中的相关数据,结合实地调研,对福建省的老龄化情况和老年人健康状况进行调查。结果福建省人口老龄化程度逐年升高,老年人对健康养老的需求较大,但是受到传统的养老观念、收入水平、市场供给以及医保制度等因素的影响,导致老年人的健康养老需求得不到充分满足。结论建议采取全面发展社区居家养老服务,推动健康养老机构提质增效,建立健康养老需求评估制度,加快长期护理保险制度的完善和普及。Objective To understand the contradiction between supply and demand which is meet the demand for health pension of the elderly in Fujian Province at the present stage of population aging,so as to provide suggestions to promote the development of health pension.Methods The aging status and the health status of the elderly in Fujian Province were investigated by searching literatures and relevant data in the national service survey report of Fujian Province combined with field research.Results The aging population in Fujian Province was increasing year by year,and the elderly had great demand for health pension.However,the demand for health pension of the elderly was not fully satisfied due to the influence of traditional concept of aging,income level,market supply and medical insurance system.Conclusion It is advisable to take countermeasures such as comprehensively developing community-based home care services,promoting the quality and efficiency of health pension institutions,establishing a health pension demand assessment system,and accelerating the improvement and popularization of long-term nursing insurance system.
