加味黄芪桂枝汤联合西药治疗脾胃虚弱型慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床分析

摘　　要：目的观察加味黄芪桂枝汤联合西药治疗脾胃虚弱型慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床分析。方法选取2019年1月1日至12月31日在广州市番禺区中医院就诊的脾胃虚弱型慢性萎缩性胃炎患者86例,实施在西医基础常规治疗基础上加用加味黄芪桂枝汤为试验组,并选取同期西医基础治疗方案的另86例患者为对照组。比较两组患者治疗前后的症状积分、生活质量评分及临床治疗效果。结果试验组症状积分低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组WHOQOL-100评分高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组患者治疗总有效率为93.02%,高于对照组的80.23%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在脾胃虚弱型慢性萎缩性胃炎中,采用加味黄芪桂枝汤联合西药治疗,可以有效地减少中医症状积分,提升临床治疗效果。Objective To observe the clinical analysis of Modified HuangqiGuizhi Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis of spleen and stomach deficiency type.Methods A total of 86 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis of spleen and stomach deficiency type admitted to Panyu Hospital of Chinese Medicine of Guangzhou from January 1 to December 31,2019,who were treated with Modified HuangqiGuizhi Decoction on the basis of the basic conventional treatment of western medicine were selected as the experimental group,and another 86 patients with the basic treatment regimen of western medicine in the same period were selected as the control group.The symptom scores,quality of life scores and clinical treatment effect of the patients in the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results The symptom score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);The score of WHOQOL-100 in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The total effective rate of treatment of 93.02%in the experimental group was higher than that of 80.23%in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis of spleen and stomach deficiency type,the application of Modified HuangqiGuizhi Decoction combined with western medicine can effectively reduce the traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores and improve the clinical treatment effe ct.
