米非司酮联合间苯三酚在绝经后妇女取环术中的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察绝经后妇女取环术中应用米非司酮联合间苯三酚的临床疗效。方法回顾分析2018年6月至2019年12月在昆明医科大学附属延安医院妇科因要求取环就诊的绝经后妇女共112例,将患者根据术前是否联用间苯三酚分为观察组(n=56)和对照组(n=56)。两组患者均于手术前72 h口服米非司酮片75 mg,术前12 h再次口服米非司酮片75 mg,观察组联用静脉滴注间苯三酚120 mg后30 min行取环术,对照组则直接行取环术。观察两组患者的手术时间、疼痛程度、宫颈软化程度、取环成功率及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组的手术时间短于对照组(P<0.05),疼痛程度明显轻于对照组(P<0.05),宫颈软化程度优于对照组(P<0.05),取环成功率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者均无不良反应。结论米非司酮片联合间苯三酚注射液用于绝经后妇女取环术,可以缩短手术时间,有效软化宫颈,减轻患者疼痛,明显提高取环成功率。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of mifepristone combined with phloroglucinol in postmenopausal women undergoing intrauterine device(IUD)removal surgery.Methods A total of 112 postmenopausal women who visited the Department of Gynecology in Yan'an Hospital Affiliated to Kunming Medical University for IUD removal from June 2018 to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed and divided into the observation group(n=56)and the control group(n=56)according to whether mifepristone was used in combination with phloroglucinol before surgery.75 mg mifepristone tablets were administered orally 72 h before the surgery and again 12 h before the surgery in both groups.In the observation group,the IUD removal was performed 30 min after intravenous drip of 120 mg phloroglucinol,while the IUD removal was performed directly in the control group.The surgery time,pain level,cervical softening,success rate of IUD removal and occurrence of adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.Results The surgery time was shorter in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the pain level was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The cervical softening was better in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the success rate of IUD removal was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion The mifepristone tablets combined with phloroglucinol injection for IUD removal of postmenopausal women can shorten the surgery time,effectively soften the cervix,reduce the pain of patients and significantl y improve the success rate of IUD removal.
