摘　　要：目的探讨分析在静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)差错管理中应用FOCUS-PDCA管理方法的效果。方法研究对象以FOCUS-PDCA管理实施时间为界限进行划分,将福建省立医院静脉用药调配中心2020年4—7月实施常规管理时段设为对照组(调配输液共162530组),将2020年8—11月实施FOCUSPDCA管理时段设为观察组(调配输液共160358组),观察并比较实施FOCUS-PDCA管理前后PIVAS出错率、人员能力提升情况、人员应对能力。结果予以FOCUS-PDCA管理后,对照组PIVAS出错率为0.567%,显著高于观察组的0.313%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组药学人员操作流程规范、相同药物归类、新进药品学习评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组人员积极应对评分显著高于对照组,消极应对评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将FOCUS-PDCA管理模式应用于静脉用药调配中心,可以在保证工作效率的前提下,显著减少出错情况出现,具有临床应用价值。Objective To explore and analyze the effeet of applying FOCUS-PDCA management method on the error management at Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Services(PIVAS).Methods The.research objeets are divided according to the time of FOCUS-PDCA management implementation.The routine management period from April to July 2020 in the PIVAS of Fujian Provincial Hospital was set as the control group(162530 cases of admixed infusions),while the FOCUS-PDCA management period from August to November 2020 was set as the observation group(160358 cases of admixed infusions)..The error rate at PIVAS,the improvement of personnel ability,and the ability of personnel to respond were observed and compared before and after the implementation of FOCUS-PDCA.Results Upon implementing FOCUS-PDCA management,the error rate at PIVAS in the control group was 0.567%,which was significantly higher than that in the observation group of 0.313%,with the difference statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group's pharmacy personnel have standardized operation procedures,the same drug clasification,and the new drug learning score is better than the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive coping score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the negative coping score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with the difference statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of the FOCUS-PDCA management model at PIVAS can significantly reduce the occurrence of errors under the premise of ensuring work efficiency,which has clinical application value.
