摘　　要：笔者在临床中多次应用滑石白鱼散治疗与小便不利相关的病证,反复揣摩方中白鱼(白榆)之药性功效,并查阅相关古籍文献,发现滑石白鱼散中的白鱼当属同音不同字的讹传。文章立足于榆白皮中“白榆”这一别称,撷取相关中医古籍进行文献考查,并基于临床运用榆白皮的经验案例,力证滑石白鱼散方中白鱼当为白榆,即榆白皮,而非别名为白鱼的衣鱼。The author has repeatedly used Huashi Baiyu San(滑石白鱼散)to treat diseases related to poor urination,repeatedly figured out the medicinal effects of Baiyu(Ulmus Pumila L.)in the prescription,and consulted relevant ancient literature,then found out that Baiyu in Huashi Baiyu San should be a misunderstanding of different words with homophones.Based on the nickname of Yubaipi(Ulmus Pumila L.)is Baiyu,the relevant traditional Chinese medicine books for literature review,and the clinical application of Yubaipi,this article proves that Baiyu in Huashi Baiyu San should be Baiyu,namely Yubaipi,not silverfish,which is also known as white fish.
