摘　　要：淋巴结肿大是指因局部淋巴结受到刺激导致淋巴细胞增生或肿瘤细胞浸润,以淋巴结体积增大为主的一种现象。临床上许多疾病都会导致淋巴结肿大,如感染、肿瘤、血液疾病等。针刺治疗淋巴结肿大具有独特优势,赵耀东老师采用双向扬刺配合温通针法治疗单纯性淋巴结肿大,可消痰散结,疏通经络,治疗体表之寒痰实结。现举慢性颈部淋巴结肿大1例患者以验证。The cause of lymph node enlargement is that local lymph nodes are stimulated to cause lymphocyte proliferation,or tumor cell infiltration.The clinical manifestations is increased lymph node volume.Many diseases in clinic can cause lymph node enlargement,such as infection,tumor,blood disease and so on.Acupuncture has unique advantages in the treatment of lymph node enlargement.Cervical lymphadenopathy was treated by teacher ZHAO Yaodong with two-way centro-square needling plus warming-promoting needling method.It can disperse phlegm and dissipate binds,dredge the channels and collaterals,and then to treat cold phlegm on the body surface.This article gives an example of the clinical treatment for a patient with chronic cervical lymphadenitis.
