补中益气汤合沙参麦冬汤加减辅助化疗在非小细胞肺癌患者中的应用观察

摘　　要：目的:观察分析补中益气汤合沙参麦冬汤加减辅助化疗在非小细胞肺癌(Non-small Cell Lung Cancer,NSCLC)患者中的应用与价值。方法:纳入江苏省常熟市第一人医院2018年3月-2020年10月收治的NSCLC化疗患者86例,按照随机数字表法分为研究组、对照组,每组43例患者,两组患者均接受GP化疗方案(予吉西他滨、顺铂化疗),研究组患者同时接受补中益气汤合沙参麦冬汤加减辅助给药,就两组患者肿瘤控制效果、血清肿瘤标志物水平、癌因性疲乏评分改善情况、免疫因子水平等进行评定对比。结果:治疗12周后,研究组患者肿瘤控制总有效率优于对照组,癌胚抗原(Carcinoembryonic Antigen,CEA)、细胞角蛋白19片段抗原(Cyfra21-1)、鳞状细胞癌抗原(Squamous Cell Carcinoma Antigen,SCCA)等血清肿瘤标志物水平均低于对照组,癌因性疲乏量表认知、躯体、情感、行为四个维度评分均低于对照组,上述指标组间差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者各免疫因子水平均升高,与治疗前及对照组相比差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对NSCLC化疗患者给予补中益气汤合沙参麦冬汤加减辅助治疗有助于提升肿瘤控制效果,在改善机体血清肿瘤标志物水平、免疫功能与癌因性疲乏方面价值突出。Objective:To observe and analyze the application value of the Buzhong Yiqi decoction(补中益气汤)plus the Shashen Maidong decoction(沙参麦冬汤)and chemotherapy in treating NSCLC.Methods:86 cases from March 2018 to October 2020 were randomly divided into the study group and the control group by random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.All the patients received gemcitabine and cisplatin chemotherapy,namely GP chemotherapy.In the study group,patients received the Buzhong Yiqi decoction and the Shashen Maidong decoction more.Results:In 12 weeks,the total efficiency of tumor control in the study group was better than that in the control group,the levels of serum tumor markers such as CEA,Cyfra21-1,SCCA,etc.in the study group were lower than the control group,and the scores on the four dimensions of cognition,body,emotion,and behavior in the study group were lower than the control group.There were statistically significant differences among the above indexes in the groups(P<0.05).The levels of all immune factors in the study group were increased,and the differences were statistically significant compared with those before treatment and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:The Buzhong Yiqi decoction plus the Shashen Maidong decoction can improve the effect on NSCLC in patients after chemotherapy,and has outstanding value in ameliorating serum tumor marker level,improving immune function and relieving cancer-induced fatigue.
