枳实银菊散治疗流行性上呼吸道感染(气分证)的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察枳实银菊散治疗流行性上呼吸道感染(气分证)的临床疗效。方法:将96例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各48例,治疗组予以枳实银菊散汤剂口服治疗,对照组予以磷酸奥司他韦胶囊和氨酚伪麻美芬片/氨麻美敏片Ⅱ口服治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率高于对照组,且治疗组降温起效时间,体温恢复正常时间,咳嗽、咽痛及周身酸痛缓解时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:枳实银菊散治疗流行性上呼吸道感染(气分证)疗效肯定,值得临床上进一步系统研究和推广。Objective:To observe clinical effects of Zhishi Yinju San(枳实银菊散)on epidemic upper respiratory tract infection.Methods:96 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,48 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Zhishi Yinju San orally,while the control group was treated with oseltamivir phosphate capsules and paracetamol pseudoephedrine tablets/aminoephedrine tablets II.Results:The total efficiency in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group.The cooling onset time,temperature recovery time,cough relief time,sore throat relief time,and body aches relief time in the treatment group was shorter than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zhishi Yinju San is effective on epidemic upper respiratory tract infection,which is worthy of further systematic study and promotion.
