参芪复脉汤联合西药治疗慢性心力衰竭患者的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探究参芪复脉汤联合西药治疗慢性心力衰竭患者的临床效果。方法:选取2018年6月-2019年4月为研究阶段,抽取80例慢性心力衰竭患者,根据患者自身意愿分为甲组和乙组,各40例。乙组采用氢氯噻嗪、琥珀酸美托洛尔、替米沙坦等西药治疗,甲组另辅以参芪复脉汤治疗。治疗2周后开展随访,记录不良反应发生情况、治疗总有效率及治疗后左心室射血分数、左心室舒张末期容积和N末端B型利尿钠肽原指标变化。结果:甲组不良反应发生率低于乙组,甲组治疗总有效率高于乙组(P<0.05)。治疗后,甲组左心室射血分数高于乙组,左心室舒张末期容积和N末端B型利尿钠肽原低于乙组(P<0.05)。结论:参芪复脉汤联合西药治疗慢性心力衰竭患者的临床效果显著,可对患者的心功能进行改善,并降低不良反应,具有较高的临床推广价值。Objective:To explore clinical efficacy of the Shenqi Fumai decoction(参芪复脉汤)plus Western medicine on chronic heart failure.Methods:From June 2018 to April 2019,80 cases were divided into the group A and the group B,with 40 cases in each group.The group B was treated in Western medicine such as hydrochlorothiazide,metoprolol succinate and telmisartan;and the group A was treated with the Shenqi Fumai decoction more.Results:The incidence of adverse reactions in the group A was lower,and the total efficiency in the group A was higher(P<0.05).After treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction in the group A was higher.The end diastolic volume of left ventricle and N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide were lower than the group B(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Shenqi Fumai decoction plus Western medicine show a significant clinical effect on chronic heart failure.It can improve the heart function of patients and reduce adverse reactions.It has high clinical promotion value.
