盆炎净口服液联合抗生素对盆腔炎性疾病患者血液流变学和炎症因子的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察并分析盆腔炎性疾病患者接受盆炎净口服液与抗生素联合治疗对其血液流变学以及炎症因子产生的影响。方法:纳入盆腔炎性疾病患者144例,通过随机双盲法将患者分为对照组(72例)与观察组(72例),为对照组患者提供抗生素治疗,为观察组患者提供抗生素联合盆炎净口服液治疗,对比两组的治疗效果。结果:观察组临床疗效优于对照组,两组差异显著(P<0.05)。治疗前两组各项血液流变学指标水平的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后各项指标水平均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组患者血细胞比容、全血高切粘度等各项血液流变学指标水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗前炎症因子水平及免疫学指标水平的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后患者炎症因子指标水平均优于治疗前,免疫学指标水平均高于治疗前(P<0.05),观察组超敏C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α、单核细胞趋化因子-1水平均低于对照组,白细胞介素-6水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组用药安全性较对照组高,两组有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:盆腔炎性疾病患者接受盆炎净口服液与抗生素联合治疗有助于减轻其炎症反应,增强机体免疫力并可促进血液流变学指标改善。Objective:To observe and analyze the effects of the Penyanjing oral solution(盆炎净口服液)plus antibiotics on hemorheology and inflammatory factors in patients with pelvic inflammatory diseases.Methods:144 cases were enrolled,and were divided into the control group(72 cases)and the observation group(72 cases)by a random double-blind method.The control group was given antibiotics,and the observation group took antibiotics plus the Penyanjing oral solution.Results:The clinical efficacy in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of hemorheological indexes were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of hemorheological indexes such as hematocrit and whole blood high shear viscosity in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels of immunological indicators in the two groups were higher than before treatment(P<0.05).The levels of hs-CRP,TNF-α,and MCP-1 in the observation group were lower than the control group,and IL-6 level was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The safety of medication in the observation group was higher than the control group,and P<0.05.Conclusion:Treating pelvic inflammatory diseases with the Penyanjing oral solution plus antibiotics can reduce inflammatory response,enhance the body’s immunity,and ameliorate hemorheological indexes.
