康复护理结合针灸理疗治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨给予腰椎间盘突出症患者采用康复护理结合针灸理疗治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2018年4月-2019年6月于佛山市禅城区人民医院治疗的82例腰椎间盘突出症患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为参照组和试验组,各41例。参照组采用针灸理疗,试验组在参照组的基础上加入康复护理。观察两组患者的临床疗效,并比较两组护理前后中医症状积分、直腿抬高角度变化情况,同时采用腰椎功能评分量表(Japanese Orthopaedic Association,JOA)与36项简明健康状况调查量表(The Mos 36-item Short Form Health Survey,SF-36)评价患者护理前后腰椎功能、生活质量改善情况。结果:试验组的总有效率显著高于参照组(P<0.05);护理后,两组患者的腰部疼痛、下肢麻木、活动受限等症状评分均比护理前降低,直腿抬高角度比护理前增大,而JOA评分、生活质量各项评分均比护理前升高,但与参照组相比,试验组以上各项指标的改善程度更为显著(P<0.05)。结论:给予腰椎间盘突出症患者康复护理结合针灸理疗,能有效改善临床症状以及腰椎功能,加快疾病康复进程,进而有效提升患者的生活质量。Objective:To explore efficacy of rehabilitation nursing plus acupuncture and physical therapy on lumbar disc herniation.Methods:82 cases from April 2018 to June 2019 were divided into the reference group and the experimental group,41 cases in each.The reference group was treated by acupuncture and physiotherapy,and the experimental group was given rehabilitation nursing more.Results:The total efficiency in the experimental group was significantly higher(P<0.05);after nursing,the scores of symptoms such as waist pain,lower extremity numbness,and limited mobility in two groups were lower than before nursing,and the straight leg elevation angle was larger than that before nursing.The JOA score and SF-36 scores were all higher than those before nursing.However,compared with the reference group,the improvement of the above indicators in the experimental group was more significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rehabilitation care plus acupuncture and physiotherapy on lumbar disc herniation can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and lumbar function,accelerate the recovery process of the disease,and then effectively improve the quality of life.
