摘 要:定植是海水病原弧菌侵染宿主并引起弧菌病过程中最重要的环节之一,开展弧菌定植分子机制研究对充分阐明弧菌的致病性从而制定有效防控策略极为重要。从特定结构蛋白、生物膜、调控系统3个方面对海水养殖弧菌病原在鱼类肠道定植机制研究进展进行归纳总结,并提出研究展望,有助于更全面、深入认识海洋病原弧菌对鱼类肠道的定植,对进一步研究病原菌对鱼类肠道定植机制有重要参考价值。Colonization is one of the most important link in the process of Vibrio infecting the host and causing vibriosis in mari-culture.Therefore,it is very important to study the molecular mechanism of Vibrio colonization in order to fully clarify the pathogenicity of Vibrio and develop effective prevention and control strategies.This review summarized the research progress of the molecular mechanism of Vibrio colonization on fish intestine from three aspects of specific structural protein,biofilm and regulatory system,and conclusion can lay a foundation for revealing the internal causes of Vibrio outbreak in mari-culture.This review is conducive to a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the colonization of fish intestinal tract by marine pathogenic Vibrio,which has important reference value for further research on the mechanism of the colonization of fish intestine by pathogenic bacteria.
