基于SEM模型的农户循环农业参与意愿影响因素分析——以河西地区为例

摘　　要：循环农业是转变农业生产方式,促进农业生态文明的具体体现,农户作为循环农业最主要的参与者和实践者,研究其对循环农业的参与意愿的影响因素对后期制定推广循环农业政策具有至关重要的作用。河西地区作为西北地区最主要的生态屏障,承担着区域重要生态系统服务功能,在此,本文选择河西地区武威、张掖、酒泉3市12乡镇30个行政村调研,基于469份调查问卷取得的基础数据,构建SEM模型,分析农户循环农业参与意愿的影响因素。结果表明:(1)农民受教育程度与参与循环农业的意愿呈正相关;(2)农户家庭信息对其参与循环农业的意愿有负面影响,特别是耕地面积对农户参与循环农业意愿影响最大,其次是农业收入占农户总收入的比重,农业生产要素的投入影响最小;(3)政府参与程度对农户参与循环农业的意愿有正向影响,且在上述因素中影响最大;(4)循环农业潜在的经济效应直接影响农民参与循环农业的意愿。最后,针对影响农民参与循环农业意愿的因素,提出了相应的建议。The circular agriculture is the specific manifestation of transforming agricultural production and promoting agro-ecological civilization. Farmers,as the most important participants and practitioners in circular agriculture,their willingness to involve in circular agriculture plays a great role in making and implementing policies of circular agriculture. Hexi region is the most significant ecological barrier of northwestern area of China,undertaking the responsibility of balancing ecological system. The study selects Wuwei,Zhangye,Jiuquuan,three cities in Hexi region,covering 12 towns and 30 administrative villages,as research objects,and constructs the SEM model based on the data of 469 questionnaires,then analyzes the influence factors of farmers involvement willingness of circular agriculture. The analysis results indicate that: 1. There is a positive correlation between the education level of farmers and their willingness of involvement in circular agriculture. 2. The household information of farmers have a negative impact on their willingness to involve in circular agriculture,particularly the impact of cultivated land area on household information is strongest,followed by the proportion of agricultural income in total household income,then input of agricultural productive elements. 3. the degree of government involvement has a positive influence on farmers ’ willingness to involve in circular agriculture,and this influence is the greatest among these mentioned factors. 4. the potential economic effect of circular agriculture has a directly positive impact on farmers ’ willingness to involve in circular agriculture. In the final part of the study,the corresponding suggestions are put forward in view of the factors that influence farmers’ willingness to involve in circular agriculture.
