摘  要:利用红外吸收光谱法测定铝靶件后处理工艺料液中的硝酸铝和硝酸。利用三价铝离子和氢离子在近红外区的特殊吸收光谱,结合偏最小二乘回归(PLS)法,建立铝靶件后处理工艺料液中硝酸铝和硝酸含量的直接测定方法。硝酸铝和硝酸的浓度测量范围分别为0.20-2.21、0.20–6.00 mol/L,模拟样品中硝酸铝和硝酸测定结果的相对偏差小于5%,测定结果的相对标准偏差小于3%(n=6)。该方法可用于相关工艺流程样品的分析。Infrared absorption spectrometry was used to determine aluminum nitrate and nitric acid in the feed solution of aluminum target reprocess process.Based on the special absorption spectra of trivalent aluminum ions and hydrogen ions in the near infrared region and partial least squares regression(PLS)method,a direct method for the determination of aluminum nitrate and nitric acid in the feed solution of aluminum target reprocess process was established.The concentration measurement ranges of aluminum nitrate and nitric acid were 0.20–2.21 and 0.20–6.00 mol/L,respectively.The relative deviation of aluminum nitrate and nitric acid in simulated samples was less than 5%,and the relative standard deviation of determination results was less than 3%(n=6).The method can be used for the analysis of related process samples.
