摘　　要：采用液相色谱–串联质谱(HPLC–MS/MS)法对口罩、防护服、防护帽及防护鞋套等防疫物资中的三-(氮环丙基)-氧化膦(TEPA)、磷酸三(β-氯乙基)酯(TCEP)、三-(2,3-二溴丙基)-磷酸酯(TRIS)3种磷系阻燃剂进行定性和定量检测。样品采用丙酮提取,超声20 min,以HPLC–MS/MS多反应监测(MRM)模式测定,外标法定量。3种待测物的质量浓度在2-200μg/L范围内与色谱峰面积线性关系良好,相关系数均不小于0.9996,方法检出限均为2.0 ng/g。样品的加标回收率为71.5%-110.0%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为4.77%-9.47%(n=10)。该方法满足防疫物质中磷系阻燃剂的测定需要。3 kinds of phosphorous flame retardants including tris-(1-aziridinyl)phosphine oxide(TEPA),tris(2-chloroethyl)phosphate(TCEP)and tris(2,3-dibromopropyl)phosphate(TRIS)in epidemic prevention materials such as masks,protective clothing,protective caps and shoe covers were determined qualitatively and quantitatively by liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC–MS/MS).The samples were extracted with acetone,analyzed by HPLC–MS/MS multiple reaction monitoring(MRM),quantitatived by external standard method.The chromatographic peak area of 3 substances had a good linear relationship with the mass concentration in the range of 2–200μg/L,the correlation coefficients were not less than 0.9996,the detection limits were 2.0 ng/g.The spiked recoveries of the samples were 71.5%–110.0%,the relative standard deviations of measurement results were 4.77%–9.47%(n=10).The method can be used for the determination of phosphorous flame retardants in epidemic prevention materials.
