摘　　要：面对行星地球自然演变和人类社会发展的重大需求,综合研判当代地球科学研究面临的严峻挑战与机遇,及其发展现状与动向势态,据此重点探讨并提出当代大地构造学研究发展新的战略方向、目标和前瞻基本基础科学问题,期望交流讨论,推动学科发展。Facing the natural evolution of the planet Earth and great demands of human society development,this paper comprehensively addresses the severe challenges,opportunities,current situation and trend of the research and development of contemporary Earth science,and focuses on the new strategic direction,objectives and forward-looking basic scientific issues of contemporary tectonics.The authors wish to promote the development of Earth science and tectonic disciplines based on the exchange and discussion on these issues.
