摘　　要：本文对1例奶牛采食草坪草屑致辛硫磷中毒病例的临床诊断治疗情况进行了详述。对患牛先后采取洗胃、导泻、解毒、酶复活、强心、护肝、补能、补液、纠正酸中毒等综合性措施治疗,最终使其痊愈。In this paper,the diagnosis and treatment of phoxim poisoning caused by dairy cows eating Lawn scraps were described in detail.The cattle were treated by gastric lavage,catharsis,detoxification,enzyme reactivation,cardiac strengthening,liver protection,energy replenishment,fluid infusion and acidosis correction,and finally recovered.
