摘  要:采用基于PXI粒子成像技术的物理试验方法,研究了坝堰组合和多孔挡墙两种控流装置对中间包流场特性的影响,并结合数值模拟结果与PXI物理试验结果进行对比。研究表明:基于PXI粒子成像技术的物理试验结果可以清晰直观地展示中包流场,物理试验和数值模拟所得的RTD曲线有比较高的一致性。两种控流装置下中间包内混合流体积大致相等,多孔挡墙控流装置中间包内活塞流体积明显较高。The influence of flow control device(weir dam and porous baffle wall models)on the flow of continuous tundish were studied by using physical simulation based on PXI particle imaging technology.The results of the physical simulation were also compared with the numerical simulation results.The research shows that the physical test result based on PXI particle imaging technology can show the tundish flow field clearly.The RTD curves of tundish that obtained by both physical simulation and numerical simulation methods are in good agreement.In this research,tundish with different flow control devices have the same volume of mixed flow,the volume of plug flow in tundish with porous baffle wall is larger than that of in tundish with weir dam.
