摘 要:振动在大型轴类楔横轧机工作中存在着较大的影响,建立轧机振动模型,计算出系统的各阶固有频率和振型,研究了垂直振动与扭转振动的机理与频率,运用MATLAB软件进行计算与显相,得到可视化的图像,得出以下结论:轧机在振动时主要有垂直振动和扭转振动,其中轧机垂直振动主要发生在三倍频程,如果第二阶主振型的两工作辊间没有节点,发生三倍频程自激振动的可能性就很小。轧机扭转振动系统其比值f_(2)/f_(1)=3.1,证明轧机扭转振动状态良好。Vibration has a great influence on the work of large shaft cross wedge rolling mill.The rolling mill vibration model was established,and the natural frequency and the mode of each order of the system were calculated.The mechanism and frequency of vertical vibration and torsional vibration were studied.MATLAB software was used for calculation and phase display,and the visual image was obtained,and the following conclusions were drawn:There are mainly vertical vibration and torsional vibration in the rolling mill vibration,and the vertical vibration of the rolling mill mainly occurs in the trioctave range.If there is no node between the two work rolls of the second main mode,the possibility of trioctave self-excited vibration is very small.The ratio of the rolling mill torsional vibration system is f_(2)/f_(1)=3.1,which proves that the dynamic characteristics of the system are very good.
