摘  要:为研究某中厚板轧机出钢时对不同万向接轴倾角连接电机轴的影响,建立了不同倾角的六种模型,进行动力学分析,发现出钢冲击对电机轴向力矩影响较小几乎可以忽略不计,对径向和切线方向影响较大且随着倾角的增大而增大。使用有限元软件Ansys Workbench,借助Adams所测出的力矩数值进行静力学分析,得到电机轴在出钢工况下的应力云图和变形云图,最大应力处在电机轴键槽处且随着倾角的增大而增大,最大应变在垫片外圈处,与实际工况相符合。In order to study the influence of different inclination angles of universal joint shaft on motor shaft when tapping in a heavy and medium platemill,six models with different inclination angle were established,and the dynamic analysis was carried out,it is found that the effect of steel tapping impact on the axial torque of motor is negligible,and it has a great influence on the radial and tangent directions,the influence is increases with the increase of inclination angle.Using the finite element software AnsysWorkbench,the static analysis is carried out with the help of the torque value measured by Adams,and the stress nephogram and deformation nephogram of the motor shaft under the tapping condition are obtained,the maximum stress is at the keyway of the motor shaft,and it is increases with the increase of the inclination angle.The maximum strain is at the outer ring of the gasket,which accords with the actual working condition.
